Another Masterclass Tour Xavier. A very considerate and detailed house. Even the "House Executive Assistant`" quarters is inhouse, the laundry appliance level , the dog paw and wash basin. Thats a family home...without mentioning the obvious subtle bling that comes with the caveat 🍾. That price 😳Steal

Very well said, Kenny! If truly offers so much, making the 'value-for-money' factor quite high here! I like your 'home executive assistant' wording - I wasn't sure what that downstairs space would be used for - great guest area, overseas visitor who can stay for longer periods of time, perhaps mother-in-law (who shouldn't stay for long anyway LOL), or nanny/helper even!

Thx for stopping by🤗 True that - it’s estate living after all. Plus right at the golf course, one has to expect neighbors being somewhat close. Luckily, this is built such that you don’t really face them (ie U-shaped) and takes full advantage of the views instead.

Such a beautiful and big house with so many bedrooms but with just one living area and a dining. Where are people supposed to hang out as a family. No pyjama lounge upstairs and no formal lounge downstairs. How does a family enjoy this house. In the many bedrooms? There’s a design flaw for a family home. It would work better as a guesthouse. I personally wouldn’t pay R14 million for one TV lounge.
