The problem with testing defenses on attack is that you are moving your chars around to suit the opponent. In a regular defense, the attacker has the advantage to move their units to outplay your defense. This type of testing you showed really means nothing because of it. Replays of this defense would be awesome though. Love that you are thinking outside the box. Keep it up!

Niru is actually bad to pair with Igor because the first time Igor will receive a fatal blow, instead of triggering his Spectre Guard, Igor will immediately turn into Niru's Spirit form, which basically means that he will spend the rest of the battle dealing 35% less damage. I wish Igor would first use up all Spectral Guard before turning into a spirit but we don't make the rules. The same thing applies to Thoran btw

Currently i am annoyed cause all the records battles i get right now have scarlita in them and it just feels like she came out of nowhere cause everyone was waxing poetic over reinier and now she's everywhere 😢

I tried this already on my server before I joined the top guild, was using Igor with Damian and the zoo comp, problem was the top guild all started spamming odie at me and odie hard counters Igor

Yeah that is true, but the top whales are always going to win, this might help vs those of similar power level though

Igor doesn't even need to be swapped, he just jumps to be Odie's fodder.

@@BarryGamingAFK just like as a strategy in general for defense it gets easily countered by one of the units everyone has built. Scarlita is another less f2p option people bring to pvp fairly often that counters igor as well. Currently there’s too many counters to stall unless your running a team with Lucius and Rowan as well. True stall has Lucius Rowan antandra igor and another healer. Antandra Rowan and igor at m+ are incredibly beefy and don’t die to odie as easily with the Lucius shield and healing. It’s best to try this with hewynn or Damian

I've been trying many defensive formation, stalling isn't the effective one at least. Odie is nightmare against the Igor team, if one fails, eventually entire team will for Odie's case. Zoo comp may be good against Odie but will perish against AOE based attack or cc. So there is nothing like the best team. The only thing you can do is upgrade the base stats and outperform other like an overlord i.e. making them Paragon which can cost money and others can do same... 😂 As of now, one hero that shines in most of gamemode is Odie, yes even on offensive pvp. Anyway if you are aiming for stalling, Hewynn can be pain in ass if she can survive.

Odie would turn this team into a tragedy. You need berial and/or flora to counter odie

I think dripping the Niru would probably be best, or link him to Ulmus instead. The big thing with Ulmus is he ccs so much and extends other cc

Eironn and Ulmus are dead weight honestly. They are trying to do CC/Burst comboes on a team that really lacks both.

makes no sense testing defensive team against defensive teams. if people are going to attack you, they would use heroes like vala, silvina, odie, reiner, scarlita, etc etc. like if players see you have an igor the most common hero would be to use odie and reiner and igor would melt instantly
