@@theFullMeasure Enduring Legacy stays slotted and is currently maxed, gonna tweak mine after watching this video. I’m Freyna main and I’ve built up my Kings Guard Lance and it’s pretty fun to use. I’ve retired the Thundercage. I just finished maxing out my Secret Garden. Haven’t had as much play time as I’d like, busy season for me so I work a lot of strange hours. Early March I’ll be playing a lot more. I’ll still make time to complete Season 2 just not grind crazy like I’d like to.

Enduring Legacy was one of the most difficult weapons to farm for me, largely because getting the blueprint was a pain in the arse. Your commentary on how you explain your choice in mods is hilarious. Moxsy for example with give you the analytics and numbers to explain how to get the most out of the weapon, but you, my friend, are giving us analogies to explain your choices; "Equip this mod so you can turn yourself into a runaway train screaming CHOO CHOO MOTHERF*CKER at the enemy."

Great info as always! Two things though. First, you can also use your abilities for reload cancle, such as your 1, 3, or 4, instead of rolling. Second, fire attack sub stat on the EL will just add that much more punch to the fire damage that the gun produces. I hope this is helpful to anyone reading this.

Yeah, the fire enhancement mod is a waste on this, as well as the Colossus substat. Go with Fire ATK substat and put on a different mod, like Weak Point or your favorite reload mod. This gun doesn't need much in the way of fire enhancement this season with the Inversion node that adds fire damage (or the other nodes that add all the other elemental damage).

There are two must have weapons in the game. Thunder Cage and Enduring Legacy. One for mobbing, the other one for bossing. If you have these two, you can do pretty much anything. Not all activities are comfortable or particularly quick to play, but they are all quite doable. 👍

I have tested this mod on Gley in the training area and with this mod she did about 80k per tick while with a mod called Fire Priority she did 120k per tick so this is not better, at least not on mobs. Maybe it performs better on colossus IDK since i can't really reliably test that. Also, taking Fire Focus Rounds + Photon Stacking in inversion reinforcement makes this even better. Also if on Gley, you can change Sharp Precision Shot for this mod and then put Mental Focus and also Fire Priority for even more insane damage but this is Gley specific since she doesn't consume ammo and can spin up Mental Focus to its fullest potential. Still, Freyna's ultimate or Hailey still kill bosses faster than Enduring Legacy ever could so there's that

Good tips. My Enduring Legacy is similar, but it still needs work. I kind of wish I had one optimized for colossi and one optimized for mission bosses such as the Void Vessel boss. The way this game handles weapon perks is rough!

ED is ideal gun for the tough single target. You can use it in mobbing as it hit hard but it is not good at. To make this gun work the target have to be hitted with fire bullets. Which can be by sub-stat or mod or Inversion ability fire rounds. And it will trigger the effect on any target. Any target hitted with fire rounds will have burning effect with the set chance. The target might have multiple effects like burning-chilling-toxic same time.

this gun is still great for mobbing in certain situations, like 400 dungeons with kyle. If you are waiting on a cooldown you can start firing, and the key is to not stop as you scroll around looking for another target to maintain the firerate damage bonus. Treat it like a fireman's hose, definitely not subtle but its a lot of fun.

I think the next thing I'm gonna do with my Legacy is roll 2 of the slots with multiple catalysts for the element enhancement and matching circulation mods. This way it's easy to match whatever the boss's weakest resistance is. Since Infernal Walker is weakest to chill, slapping Chill Enhancement and Chill Circulation on this would do a number on him. But for now, I'm clearing him solo with Ultimate Viessa without even shooting a gun. Will be nice to have a Legacy that can be suited for any boss though.

I was tried to use voltia in Void vessel but found Thunder cage is better, knocked a shields fraction slower but it shoot much faster with charging up, so kinda burst and kill without slow down or stay in place. Maybe if I fully catalyzed it will be better, but so far I hate beam rifles.

wait, isnt that fire circulation mod only boosting the fire portion of your damage, that 30%? also on your substats, crit rate is sub optimal. that 14.1% crit rate is giving you 2.82 crit rate. legit ANYTHING else would be better. i would have taken fire rate or weakpoint, even magazine size would be better then 2.82 crit rate. taking crit rate for a sub stat is a trap on pretty much any weapon.

hey man, love your vids, I'm working on my Enduring Legacy aswell, got the unique ability maxed and will work on it further now, I've got same rolls on it as you but even slightly better :) the only thing I was wondering about is fire enhancement, do you really need it if you have fire element on your stats already? wouldn't it be better to use weak point module instead? btw I've noticed the new ultimate module for it the other day and I was like damn I'm gonna use it and this thing will be broken, great minds think alike :D wish you the best and I'm waiting for your answer, thank you in advance :)

If you have Fire Damage as a substat then you can with another mod for sure

IF you have stat on the gun it is usually a 2-3 thousand, but if you use mod it is 30% of your firearm attack. Saying that his firearm attack 25k, which 30% will be 7.5k elemental damage + if you had a stat will be close to 10 elemental damage, which is nearly half from all firearm attack. Extra, if you have fire stat you will always have burning effect, but elemental module can be swapped accordingly. Even In Void fight ED unique ability will always proc with the mod you can use chill to maximize damage. Unfortunately it is not reflected in DPS. I may miss something, as far I understand it this way.

I think Clairvoyance this patch is as good, possibly slightly better than Enduring Legacy, because of the new chill attack + defense reduction beam rifle mod. You basically got fire machine gun or chill beam rifle now. The gun is still as generic as Enduring Legacy too, plus you still do a similar crit build with it. The Crit is the same, the Crit damage is slightly lower, but when you charge up the beam it has a higher firearm attack which then gets multiplied by the crits which makes up for having a slightly lower crit damage multiplier than enduring legacy.

concentration kills dps with reload, i recently started to play again and chased new mod, i also focus mostly on weak point cos it affects also crit damage, and can add extra +2 weak with recoil mod, those low mods you can mix, like crit damage+weak, weak+crit damage, crit rate+weak or damage, firerate+weak or crit damage, also use fire conductor, and now cherry on top. bullet integration mod. it gives you extra +36% firearm atk and 20% crit damage.

wouldnt worry about it that much (the reload), boss will phase into invulnerable phase with people present or you will need to go get ammo that much sooner. As he said reload cancel negates the concern for the most part.

They shouldn't nerf Enduring Legacy. This is a must have when it comes to fighting later bosses. Even with the Enduring Legacy, it's still a pretty close fight with a group. Other guns don't seem to perform as well as Enduring Legacy and nerfing it would make already difficult boss fights significantly harder.

You can be more efficient with Enduring Legacy and get more out of it with the 150% firearm attack yellow mod and not have the 32% firearm attack blue mod, dump more mag size into. Every bullet fired gives +1% firearm attack, and since 150% is an insane amount and well into diminishing returns you can focus on fire elemental, crit, crit damage, mag size, and fire rate. This mod has two use cases: 1. Machine Guns only because of their very high magazine size, and they are the only weapon that can hit cap. 2. Gley for any weapon because of her infinite ammo. Weapon passives with this build is something like: Firearm attack % Crit Crit Damage Mag Size Increase Sharp Precision Shot I like with beam rifles, except for King's Guard Lance.

Could you just swap out Fire Enhancement for Chill Enhancement and Heat Circulation for Chill Circulation when fighting the Lvl 150 raid boss Infernal Walker. Knowing the Enduring Legacy benefits greatly from Fire but with the weapon also supporing the other elements means it can still do damage to the bosses that is resistant to Fire but it won't be that effective and strong as using Fire. When I get to maxing out the Enduring Legacy I will be trying out this build and I am going to try turning the Enduring Legacy into a Cryo weapon and alternating between the other elements to see if this is even doable.

Yeah thats how rarity works. Blue loses to purp, purp loses to orange, orange loses to red etc. Why would a blue be as strong as a legendary? This isn't destiny where exotics can be out damaged by blues (at least in pvp)

@@killclip6449 Ye, that way will be better. Crit rate 14% is actually 1.4% so useless by me. But fire stat will free up slot and give you flat atk increase.

this mod is trash ... what the heck are you testing??? it just increases the fire part of the damage by 89.6% and that with a low uptime of 25% ... evan superheated gunbarrel and fire priority are better since they are at least up all the time

@@iosonoi.7132 mod is not active from the start, it is rng based and only activates on burn ... legacy has 10% chance to trigger burn, but still insight focus, edging shot, fire priority, weak point sight are all better choices imo .. mod is definitely not a big upgreade to the legacy like this video suggests
