Okay. I installer it. The only thing i notice is. When you turn on the rear air from front screen. The rear screen also shows the air on with button light up on screen. But when i turn on the from rear screen. The front screem doesnt show any signs of rear air being on. Even though its working fine. Plus what is thr use for temeprature slide on rear screen as well. Its not also reflecting that i am increasing or reducing temp? Is it what you are seeing as well ?

Question. I have a 2022 model y, but the options on the website are only for 2019+ with amd, and 2023 without amd. I have a 2022 with intel atom, what do I press?

@@thebtown508 Mine is a 2022 as well. My advice would be to open the panel below your center console and make sure the blue port is there. You should be fine ordering the 2019+ option.

Just checked and yes I have the blue port! Guess I’m ordering the amd 2019 one. Kinda weird though since I have intel atom, but it should be fine

one more question! If you remember, how long did it take to get your rear display? On the website it says 5-7 business days, but I was just curious.

Do you need your own wifi/ hotspot connection or does it automatically work off the Tesla, if you have premium connectivity?

You still need to provide your own internet for any of the video streaming features, like a WiFi location or your phone's hotspot. We were already using our hotspot for our son to watch his tablet on road trips, so it's not a huge factor if we have to turn it on for him to watch this screen in the Tesla.
