Yolanda u r great ...I adore u and ur talent...ur smart Personality.....I got inspired by ur Pineapple cake and for my son's 16th B'day I prepared Pineapple cake....we ..including my son don't like fondant...so I used almond Marzipan...and really it worked....I want to send photographs of my cake..to u!... One request...using ur extra ordinary talent...can u please discover other alternative for fondant as it is tooooooo sweet...I tried with Marzipan.....but we can not use d same for all teh shapes of cake as its little sticky compare to Fondant... Any ways .....thank u v much for sharing ur awesome....cake ideas..🙏

Green Meadow you can get smoothing tools to make buttercream or other frosting super smooth, but it’s definitely harder than doing fondant. You can also use a piece of acetate and like drag it up the side of the cake to smooth frosting

Be sure to wash fresh flowers before adding them a cake! Flowers are NASTY! My grandma is a florist and she said they are some of the dirtiest things out there but with a quick wash they are safe to use! ❤️
