Shurelya's Reverie is one of the best items for champions like TF and Veigar in Season 14, super cheap powerspike, a lot of stats that you want especially 8% movement speed - since every champion is so mobile these days not having movement speed means you can't play the game.

This has always been my way of building veigar. You go 1 haste/move speed item into deathcap then void cryptbloom and then hourglass and potentially a tank item

When do you go spellbook and when do you go first strike?

Personally, based on my own experience, FS is good againts lane you are free to farm and scale, especially if they have tanks, FS is good. Spellbook is good if you need flexibility as this gives you alot of options, if used right you can have 3 sums in a teamfight, it might sound meh but if you look at it in different perspective, Imagine tp in a fight change tp to battle summs now it gives you a lot of advantage as they would not expect you having a battle sums.

It's nice seeing someone recognize when an adc is getting punished. ill have supports that dont like when i freeze waves so they will start clearing them, ulting them (lux), and so on. Then at the end of the game when I have 100 less farm than the support, I still get blamed for trolling.

are you brain-damaged? he said that jungle and adc is the easiest role to blind which is very much the case and you can make no argument for it. supp top and mid should be last picking but realistically top and supp are the most impactful last picks because a good supp pick can solo win you games, like a good taric or a good bard angle can 1v9 and same goes for top, you get last pick, you win the lane.
