What makes Scarborough attractive is the amount of high density semi affordable housing for young people too, I spent my 20's living in Scarborough and it was fantastic, Indi bar on Thursdays and Ocean 1 on Fridays (Back when they had decent live music too) The fact you could walk home and not worry about taxis, drink driving etc made Scarborough a great place to live, Also heaps of musos lived in Scarbs too :)
