I know exactly how you feel Jev. I've had the same issue except with my internet which you can imagine is worse than power especially with gaming. I've had multiple technicians look at the issue like you and have spent multiple amounts having them come to my house and find absolutely nothing wrong (when there fucking is an issue). My internet will go out randomly during the day, but the least at night. It's still frustrating though because having internet go off and on causes you to rubber-band in a game or causes you to stand still, and if you've ever had that issue, you know it's enough to make you punch a wall (which I have done with my elbow). Now, you may think I'm insane for doing that, but when you have an issue where you try to move through a doorway and keep getting brought back outside, eventually dying to some little Timmy every time you try playing, it can be frustrating. I've had this issue for practically three years now with no solution and it's gotten to the point where I just feel numb every time it occurs. I can understand and stay calm with the issue once in a blue moon, but it just happens everyday with no sight of a fix and it just makes you want to shoot yourself. The only possible solution I have for this is to move into another house, but it isn't as easy as saying it.

Your power problems sounds exactly what was happening in my home, it started as flickering downstairs, escalated to upstairs, then downstairs the entire power would go out for a few minutes and then come back on, eventually made its way upstairs and the power would sometimes go off for hours at this point. Turned out our entire Breaker Box needed to be replaced so good luck my man

The same thing happend to me a while back, having ALOT of things plugged in "extension cords" and random things like unused fans, lights, etc. Turns out there was a a short and fault in the wiring. Could aslo be the excessive use of electrical devices.

Jev have a local electrician come and look at your panel, and or wiring inside it sounds like an issue with your neutral. Usually flickering lights or loss of power is caused by a faulty neutral. Within time the wires compress and decompress depending on temperature making due for loose connections at terminals or on any equipment
