I didn't expect me to spending hours of my free time in 2023 at my 28's by watching a guy playing W3. Especially because i don't watch streamers at all. But i have to say, Grubby, watching your games, is one of the best way to connect with my childhood, because you bring joy and reckless foolishness in the game and you are fair, funny and very polite to opponents. It's something so rare in streaming scene now, that watching you feels absolutely relaxing. Thanks for your work, and i wish for you that you will keep enjoying what are you doing.

This game was like one of those 2+ hours long dota matches. As after that point there are no winners, only 10 people who wasted hours of their life. Also I think he should have respeced into thunderclap after the 30th acolyte.

Sounds like the gobbler strat from ol' times. A friend of mine would make a few whisps, two to be exact, send them closer to the enemy base and make ancient of wars, since they move slow as snail I supposed bringing the whisp closer and then build them around the enemy base tree line to gain some time, then literally start to GOBBLE away all the trees until they're eventually found out but you'll basically cut down a ton of wood from behind the enemy base, forcing expansion. The absolute madman would also spend a lot of time just eating what tree was in his way, even on his own expansions, after all he had wood in his base, he a NE. His mission to literally peel the entire map off trees but his main base was such a chef kiss, my face when I went to expand and found a lonely fat ancient of war eating away around sleeping creeps trees. And they said Orcs are anti nature. Such annoyingly deforestation.

Back in the old days i once spent 30 minutes fighting against a player on Lost Temple. And the rest i spent looking for his NE buildings that cut a really thin path through many different woods to hide somewhere in the middle of them... Easy to find with air, but it was a very old game and didn't think that would be a strat, the thing is i asked him to give up and he said never, making me nervous everytime... Anyways, soo, the game lasted 4 more hours, nothing but trying to find him.

One funny challenge to do would be this: As human race, build a town hall near the enemy base and constantly harass them with Paladin and militia only. Max out Devotion Aura and Holy Light and melee armor, and see what a swarm of cheap but well-armored little peasants can do to your base. It'd be more interesting if the enemy was undead and you'd have to decide when to use Holy Light as a weapon.

As someone who played more modded games than melee, the idea is that you send your ghouls to the opponent base but when they see you, you plead “no please don’t kill I’m just getting lumber” and the other person is like “oh sure okay” and it becomes a game of chicken as you send more and more ghouls until you’re ready to strike

@grubby i played the last proleague and I would like you to try my most famous rush i invented long ago. UD vs HU. CL, spider + massive bugs+skeletons tower rush. No creeps at all. You overload humans units right at start. Build your tower directly in his base entrance and trap him in his base for whole game lol

All this last dude had to do is make full gryphons since he saw you are going full acolytes and it was an easy win. No hero could have stopped 10 gryphons + 2 heroes at that point. He kept making gryphons and flying machines 1 by 1 for some reason.
