Here in Norway almost everything is closed down right now, i work at a grocerie store and suddenly we are deemed to be critical for our community. We are some of the few who have to go to work everyday and unlike other critical sectors we do not have any protective gear or safeguards to protect us, so here i am a minimum wage worker who is also in the risk group (high blood pressure + more) having to go to work every day hoping i don`t get sick and, that at the end of this all people still remember that there where a whole bunch of different occupations out there working for you to keep the wheels turning. so next time you go to a groceries store, why not say thank you to the people working there.

You see the problem is not just the virus even though its bad enough. The problem is the strain on the medical system. He's saying thank god pharma doesn't have a cure, ostensibly because scarcity and political weaponization would create a reality worse than what we have now, something we have to come together on, and not more divisive. Obviously he's not against medicine. Trial vaccines are already injected into humans and testing antibody levels. The line is ironic. Its hyperbolic. I worry most about people with no symptoms spreading it while unaware. I may be one. There are 0 cases in my county or county I work in, but, I and 3 coworkers just got over something that kept us sick 3-4 days. Realize if it was covid, by the time we were unwell it was too late for the ppl we came into contact with all week. I work in an essential occupation with a large Elderly consumer population.
