How well do these hold up to damage? If they hold up pretty well I might see about getting something like that set up with the stairs option and set spikes on the stairs

We've got stones now, so it should probably hold a lot stronger.

Bastio, I watched this video when you first posted it. I followed the steps and I got it to work everytime. However when I tried it just last night, not even 8 hours ago, I can't get the planks to face me. They always turn around and I see the backs of them. Do you know if the devs made an update or change to this? Maybe I made a mistake but I tried it several times and no luck. Thanks

How do you go into that “infinitive” building mode? I’ve googled around and haven’t found any commands.

First off, you have to enable commands in-game. After doing so, type in Loghack on to enable that building mode.

I don't understand... W-H-Y the developers couldn't have added this in for the first place, guess we still gotta wait for a year where they can make this mode of building straight from the get go and not overcomplicate to the point where you have to use this method to do build a wall like this. I get it, it's a good challenge, makes your mind think of alternatives, etc... is it really needed however? Good job though, thanks alot Basio!!!

@@andr3z You're welcome. when you run the mod, enter the game, and press the windows key, go back to the desktop and press the keyboard, what you are interested in, then go back to the game and it works, f10 starts the console, and unlimited beams you have "loghack on" if you ask anything, I will always help as soon as it's possible 😉

I'm also having trouble. The final pilars place on top of the structure and the planks go everywhere. I expect they changed something.

I'm only able to put the log down and make the planks turn if I remove the 3rd plank from the bottom, but then I can just put the plank in after. Works 100% of the time. I'm going to test building a perimeter wall made with this and see if the enemies can climb over it.

So basicly you make a ramp or stairs on a les then 1 square and straighten it out with the log. Maybe that one wall had the planks in opposite direction because you placed those planks from the right side? (All the others u used the arrow on the right log)

As in the video you saw the boards from the first ramp go left and the second one goes to the right and the rest goes left, probably the second ramp should have the same direction to the left but I haven't checked it yet more explanations of how it works coming soon😉

I am working on it right now and I will add that if you put all the boards on the ramp to the left side they will be positioned the same.😉

Can you make multiple Curved walls connecting? Or is that a hard glitch to recreate? 3:53 Because that's kind of interesting too. The way it curves inward. Man, new update today! I hope for building changes but nothing that messes up your builders discoveries too much.

oh yeah update today I'm very afraid of it but I'm optimistic I hope it doesn't change the building mechanics much and leaves the bonfire as it is now. the next video I will add will be how to connect these walls to build a closed building or a good defensive wall, it's possible, I've already checked it.❤️

of all the things you could have refunded the game for such as bugs, optimization issues, etc. you are going to refund the game because of a boombox? seriously?
