The Last Stand: Dead Zone, I don't know how many people played or remember this game I just wish the devs remade that game, it was one a kind of game like the State of Decay, there is no other type of game like it and it had so much potential

They made a new Last Stand game recently. It's on steam. Doesn't play like Dead Zone but it's good.

It's honestly really good. I'm hoping the custom character options will be in the first release of early access. It'd also be cool if they added some dialogue choices and survivor interactions during the matches. I was hoping we'd get to see and talk to the brothers at the police station

I love this game the graphics and storyline of the game and characters is a 10 out of 10 but do not ring the bell until the church is completely cleared of zombies even the backyard has to be clear survivors will start coming

As mentioned by others, definitely a heavy inspiration from This War of Mine (TWOM) in general gameplay. But I loved TWOM, and this is looking pretty good in concept. So far my biggest issue is with weapon durability. I mean, you kill maybe 3 zombies and your weapon is kaput? Unless you're getting absolute bottom of the barrel equipment at the beginning as you're learning the game, that will need to be adjusted. I do hope they can add in some other things to differentiate itself from TWOM, or else it's basically just modded TWOM.

I downloaded the demo and played the game after seeing this video. The game has potential, but I think it needs a good tutorial. Frustrating since the game is not intuitive, and you can only use one character at a time.

The game itself is really interesting, completely ruined by the weapon durability. I think I will still get it and look into modding that one stupid issue, it's just the worst game mechanic trend that too many games fall prey to. Let's see what the actual game offers though 🙂
