Great video and nice job. I do lots of brush hogging I have a 10’ rhino. Just a little advice when mowing that heavy stuff or big trees raise that mower up and knock it down then hit it a second time for a Final Cut. You never know what’s in that brush. Broke a pto gear and had to split the tractor in half to fix it, learned the hard way. Keep the videos coming.

Been there, done that, did first cut elevated when it got dense. I learned that from much smaller mowers, and applied it to the big boy.

Thanks for sharing what you learned .... to help us all save some $$$ from making similar mistakes. Is there a shear pin or slip clutch option which might help in this scenario? I don't know if there is a clutch or pin strong enough to be effective with the power/torque needed to drive this size mower.

If that's all blackberry thickets and other junk, make sure you check yourself for ticks and redbugs. Just watching that makes me itchy, that kind of itchy that comes from doing a whole lot of brushhogging. It's about jaw drop just how much real estate thickets like what was going on there can cover and hide some pretty nice ground. Course it would be hard to tell that at first look just how nice the area could be if cut and maintained to a bare minimum of maybe a cut a year or two cuts a year.
