Greetings from the UK. I've been doing this type of work for over 30 years. Please, please, please, in future use eye protection when strimming. Even if to only set a good example to any inexperienced gardeners. Quicker to put on a visor or safety glasses than go to hospital. That aside, a good job well done and gratefully received by the mom there. Best wishes, Chris, from Cornwall.

I don't even know how she cut a yard that big with a small lawnmower.

That was an amazing job. I couldn't wait to see what was behind every tall bush. Great job. Like you dance too.

Kudos to you, mate. An absolutely huge job. You sure know how to make that mower work! Loved the little victory dance at 17:50, too.

It never ceases to amaze me that people move into or rent a property with a huge yard with no clue as to how they are going to care for it. We sure don’t know her circumstances but thank God Erik is the kind person to help out.

I wondered that about the 'rental' issue. I believe, by law, that unless there's a clause in the rental agreement for the renters to mow the grass, it IS up to the landlord to do that, and to not let it get overgrown. She said her "mower was broken" - it may be it's the landlord's job, after all, and she didn't want to perhaps get evicted by 'talking out' against him. Makes you wonder, doesn't it ?

The best thing to use for heavy and thick and high grass like that is either a sickle bar mower or a big pull behind brush mower for your tractor like a farmer uses
@OutdoorswithErik2 жыл бұрын
Agree, didn't have the tractor with me or a way to transport it
