There is a level that really is meant to make fun of refreshing levels, i.e. an actual troll refreshing level. I think it has "Not refreshing" in its name, and it was pretty funny. Then again, you still don't want trolls in Endless mode so you don't burn through lives figuring them out.

In the title screen, you can play a course selected by the game. Usually it is a short sample course made by Nintendo. If the course is completed, it starts over. When you start the maker mode, these title screen levels are available as a template.
