Maybe Panga could bring back the Expert runs with conditions that end the run, like the "not allowed to get coins", but with a twist. "Expert run but I cannot go over 69", for example. If he would go over 69 coins and/or 69 lives, he ends the run. Unless the level requires coins or lives as a clear con, of course. Just an idea I had.

No, leave out the exception of the Levels requiring a clear con and give him skips instead. That way he has to skip the level. Which also gives him more strategy to work with when deciding if he needs to skip a level when he’s close to 69 coins. Or not grabbing the flag with enemies around because he doesn’t want lives. It would be interesting to see that
