You need to check out some more DPR Ian!! Some song recs are Nerves, So Beautiful, No Blueberries (feat CL and DPR Live), and Don't Go Insane!! You should also check out some DPR Live (the best way I can explain why they both have DPR before their individual stage names is that they are a part of the same crew!!) song recs for him are Yellow Cab, Hula Hoops, Jasmine, Martini Blue, Text Me, and Know Me to name a few!!

Moodswings in This Order (the album this is from) is based on Ians manic highs and manic lows (apart of his bipolar disorder) mito being the lows and Mr. Insanity being the highs ! To explain in a little more detail if you were interested :)

Ian is a creative genius whose artistry is deeply influenced by his experiences with bipolar disorder and dissociative identity disorder (DID). The storyline of his music videos is intricately connected, creating a unique universe called "the other side." Several key characters appear in his music videos, including: Ian The og or the "host" (kinda like the default persona). He is the who is depicted as being abducted in "1 shot". Mito Ian's alter, often depicted as the villain while his actual role is "the protector", Mito is characterized by a single eye and is often dressed in black, appearing in black and white scenes. He represents Ian's low and depressive episodes. Mr. Insanity Another alter, frequently seen in colorful and sparkly clothing with a clown-like demeanor, as in the video for "Seraph." He embodies Ian's manic high episodes. The Hybrid A character yet to be revealed, but said to be the most formidable, representing the worst qualities of Ian's other alters. Ian directs and edits all of his music videos. The inverted "DPR +Ian" supers mark indicates his dual role as both director and actor. Watching his music videos is definitely a visual journey 😊

DPR Ian’s works are an absolute masterpiece. His music is funky & vibey & the cinematography is beautiful while his poetic lyrics delve into deep topics like his mental health. He can actually make you feel what he is going through.

you should check out his song "Don't Go Insane" next! his song "No Blueberries" is also one of my favorites. It also features DPR LIVE who is more of a rapper and producer in the DPR collective, but still hella funky. He's so so good as well and IAN still does most of most his videography. "yellow Cab" and "summer tights" are 2 of my favorite songs of DPR LIVE. ...also not sure if you're aware they are based out of Korea...DPR IAN is Australian and so does most all his music in English, but most of LIVE's stuff is in Korean but you can use subtitles to understand lyrics. Good music is good music, tho

Yes! More DPR Ian pls! His visuals are incredible. I recommend doing his videos in order starting with So Beautiful because it's an ongoing story he's created from the very beginning. It's fun seeing people's opinions on the lore and Ian himself likes watching reaction videos to see people's interpretation :)

Ian is truly one of those artists that impacts you. When I discovered him after he released his first album I didn’t know what to do with myself. I listened to it all at once on a long drive and was sobbing the entire time. XD seeing him continue tell his story even though he continues to struggle is really a blessing. Happy his hard work is pulling off. Been a fan of his video editing from other artists too. Definitely check out his buddy DPR LIVE. Totally his own vibe but amazing at it

hi there! i loved your reaction so much wow you're so fun to watch and i love the genuine excitement about the songs cuz i feel the same i mean it's funky indeed Ian's music and mvs are some of the best in the music industry right now and yes the storyline of every music video is hard to pick up at first but it's so fun to speculate and find out whats going on!
