Oh, how I love P!nk! Her voice and Kelly's are similar in dynamics, power and range, but they definitely took two separate paths and have different priorities. You may not like what she's standing for at any given moment, but she's my hero when it comes to unapologetically standing up for herself. The strength and unwavering commitment to being her authentic self is very empowering. Plus, I love her voice and music. I have some friends who are very like her in putting up that wall ... you have to work to get behind it, but when you do, there is no better friend. I think she's got a heart of gold, carefully protected. I love her song, "Would You?" ft. Chris Stapleton. It's beautiful to listen to, but I'd like to hear you analyze the lyrics from your perspective and background. The lyrics sound like she's selfish in her needs, but behind all that it feels like pain. Don't hurt me. I'd be super interested to hear your thoughts on that!

I've told you before how much I love Pink, but I hope you explore some of her best songs, that are not the "pop-like" songs you hear on the radio. Check out "I Don't Believe You" and "The One That Got Away". The last one you must see the live version from Wembley Stadium. There are so many good ones, especially from her newer 2019 Hurts 2B Human album (the title track with Khalid, My Attic, Courage, Circle Game, 90 Days, Hustle ...... well ALL of them!)

She handles two kiddos and a touring schedule. She’s one of the most intriguing women I’ve ever watched grow. Her documentary will make you fall even harder in love with her. Such a loving, giving person. Cole used to be a backup dancer and he does a reaction to P!NK’s icon award, and you can see the love in his eyes while watching. He explained that P!NK inspired him and how. He also said she ALWAYS sings live. Always! Even during the performance of “Try” at the Grammy’s, which is beyond incredible.
