The baby in the video is Mayu's son who is now 2 years old ( and it was Mayu's 27th birthday on the 10th Nov ) . I'd love to hear you do a reaction to 2 other all female Japanese bands who I'm fairly sure you haven't covered yet . The first is KOIAI - a band which includes HAZUKI the guitarist from Nemophila ( along with guitarist Li-sa-X , Kanade Sato on drums , Kotono - vocals and featuring super bassist Wakazaemon ) these are some of the best musicians in Japan currently . Hi Alastair! Yes! They're both great bands! AND! WakaZaemon was a studio bassist by age 15! She's one of the very few bassists that can play: the Bass line, the melody line, and solo riffs simultaneously. If you want a great coed band, check out Unlucky Morpheus. Yes..Nemophila can melt your heart, as well as your face, and everything in between..Many have pushed them aside since going to 4..but they've proven, they still got it..Maybe check out Now I Here (with lyrics) and their newer song as 4 member called Progress..thanks for your reaction

Now for this video. I don’t know this band but had a feeling the pictures and film were them. An autobiographical song/video. It was moving and lovely. You reacted more so as you are more familiar with them. ❤ A side note. My mom was 38 with me and 42 with my brother. She lived to 99. Late start but it all balanced out. Kids and family is what I was getting from this video, haven't checked on the lyric translation yet. Mayu has 1 child, Tamu Murata has 2 kids. 3rd new original song this year. The first ones as a 4 piece, nice to see Mayu with the guitar. Not their first ballad, "Life" from the first album is another.

Haven't listened to Nemophila before, but this gets a thumbs up just for the adorable kids. The music was good, and the vocals didn't get in the way (more of a me thing when I don't understand the language.) 100% agree on the kids growing up too fast and too slow at the same time.

This brilliant band is maybe the most versatile in the entire metal/hard rock world. From their devastating metalcore bangers to world-class 80's style power ballads, to this straight-to-the-feels masterpiece, they cover a huge amount of musical ground without ever losing their identity. And every one of their live shows I've been to (6 and counting...) have been absolutely magical.

Nah, I think you perfectly understood what she was saying. No transkation needed! You absolutely have to check out 'Life' next. This one has subtitles! Some of the most beautiful lyrics you will ever read/hear. Box of tissues is highly recommended.😂 The back story is the band welcoming back their drummerTamu who was on maternity leave. This is why they are all facing her. It was also the guitarists birthday which is why there's cake!😁
