Boy bands get a lot of crap from a lot of people. What I love about them is their harmonies are almost always on point. These guys spent years (in most cases) perfecting their harmonies until it was second nature. If people want to hate on that, I'm actually sad for them.

LOVE THIS SONG!!! You need to to “The Hardest Thing” by 98 Degrees. The guy who put Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC together, also put O-town together. ABC even had a show called making the band that chronicled the putting together of the band. That man was later convicted of stealing money and died in prison. Lance Bass from *NSYNC made a movie about how the guy stole money from all the boy bands he managed called the boy band con. It’s on KZbin you should watch it for your entertainment channel.

Great Reaction!! O-Town came out in 2001; they were formed on the Original Making The Band TV show that aired on both ABC and MTV in 2001. They were the last Boy band formed in the era with NSYNC, BSB, 98 Degrees, LFO, etc. As far as the line, Sharing this relationship, they meant emotionally!! They're talking about being in a relationship with someone who has feelings for another person besides them.

They came out a little later than N*Sync but around the same time. edit: the thing with this song is that the guy in the song is the new man in the girl's life but the girl still keeps thinking about her ex. The girl is throwing mixed signals. The couple is in the "something" phase. The "are we going to start dating and be official, or are we going to stop everything and you can just live with memories of your ex instead of making new memories with me" phase.

Nothing wrong with reacting to boybands cause I used to look down on them too. But I learned that you can miss out on so much talent when you're close-minded. But I'm glad you're open-minded Billy. Better than reacting to some old ass country videos all day lol. I do love me some country songs too though. O-town came out in 2001 after BSB and Nsync and was managed by the same sleazeball manager Lou Pearlman who scammed them out of a lot of money. Speaking of boybands, just to let you know. Big Hit Entertainment said that they won't copyright strike reaction videos to their artists as long as you show their logo at the beginning of each video. They actually appreciate the publicity. They have very popular kpop artists like BTS and TXT. Letting you know cause I know that's your greatest concern. Many of us just miss seeing your awesome joyful reactions to kpop videos. I highly recommend BTS - Fake Love which has a high production value and deep meaning and lyrics. Army(their massive fandom) will appreciate you for that.

OTown originally came out in 2000, on the reality show Making the Band, which featured Diddy auditioning people to form a boyband. I think the most well known group to come out of that series is Danity Kane. Anyway, Otown originally split up in 2003 but 4 out of the 5 members got back together 10 years later in 2013.

The story of O'Town is definitely a cautionary one. It's that "Manufactured Boy Band" story you always hear about where the entire group were strangers just a week ago. There was actually a TV Show ABOUT O'Town called "Making the Band" where they show auditions of thousands of applicants - Like an episode of american Idol - until they whittle them down to 5 guys. But then at the last minute ONE of the guys gets pulled out of the group by his older brother. It's something to do with him now being the family's bread winner; Now that he got selected for the group his older brother quit his job so that the younger one would assume responsibility of the fiances. The logic is really bazaar to me please don't ask me for more explanations. anyway the older brother felt that things weren't happening fast enough to support the family so he essentially said that he's pulling his brother out. This lead to the other four going over rejected applicants and selecting the one that was actually #6 out of the 5. Once that call was made VOILA we have O'Town. They did massive publicity campaigns, tours of promotions and even recorded an album, except their promotor essentially charged THEM for everything. Travel expenses, studio time, room and board wherever they went, was ALL taken out of their pockets, so that left them with NOTHING. It's WHY we haven't heard from them after this album. They were BROKE.
