The “insult to injury, Rolaids to Goldman…” bit is referring to the OJ Simpson murders in a super specific way (I think). Nicole Brown died primarily from stab wounds to the throat, and Ron Goldman (her lover) died from stab wounds to the neck, stomach, legs, etc. Rolaids, Motrin, and throat spray are OTC remedies for an upset stomach, aches, or a sore throat. But obviously, none of those things would work for a serious injury. So that’s the “insult to injury” part. So Em “OJs the flows,” and then offers you some useless headache medicine for your violent, fatal wound. Metaphorically, or whatever. Anyway, he’s just letting everyone know he’s petty like that when he flexed on a beat, lol.
