I remember many years ago when the same thing happened to my dog Kitty. I remember sitting with her at the vet and debating whether I should have her put down. She then looked at and her eyes seemed to say don't give up on me. I had the surgery for her and it was a long road to recovery. She even had a catheter at first. Slowly but surely she learned to walk again. She was nine when it happened and was able to be part of my life until she was 16 when she passed away. We will never give up on you Haru! Let our strength be your strength.❤

​@@luzsousaA wheelchair is not necessary and wouldn't be helpful for Haru at all! Her hind legs aren't paralyzed and she has to practice walking to build up muscle strength again! Being strapped into a wheelchair might even hurt her back if she went over a bump - this wouldn't be safe for Haru! You were well-meaning, but a wheelchair wouldn't help Haru!

The look on Haru's little face on the balance balls was heartbreaking, but she will get used to it in time!!! @dianetheisen8664 HI Diane, you saw that little painful look on her little face, too!! She did remarkable & it's going to be a bit more before she feels a 100%, if she can!! Griffin & Sienna are amazing with her!!! Mother & Father are helping her as much as possible & it kinda reminded me of the weekend before Daisy passed away, I went 4 nights without oxygen, so Daisy could be on it. I was only catching maybe 2 ½ hours of sleep a night!! I'm so sorry to hear about trying times. They can really get out of control. Severe storms are a problem in Michigan, I hear?? I've had every test ever lately & these small nerve fiber punch biopsies they just will show if I have peripheral neuropathy. It can be pretty debilitating. It's a lot like fibromyalgia. I'd send you the link, but it's easy enough to find the video for the symptoms. I keep feeling worse & worse!!! We don't even have our tree up & we're supposed to get stuff ready to tonight. I hope you have a Merry Christmas as well & hopefully a better new year!!! 😊❤️💚🎄🎁🎅🤶🎆🎉

We care so much for our little ones, and will do what ever it takes to make them better. I'm so sorry for your health issues. Yes, we're getting snow ❄️, and it's freezing 🌬. We have no heat 🔥 (the furnace is out), my father is getting worse with the Alzheimers and my sister wants to put him in assisted living. I know that's probably what will happen as it's taking a toll on us both, but part of me is against it. I'm torn. Anyway, sorry 🙏 I went on like this, there's more, but I'll stop here. Oh we don't have a tree 🎄 up either. LOL

Oh Diane, my God, it's so hard on you & your sister to make these decisions, I'm sure there has been many arguments between you & your sis, but if your dad has to go into a skilled nursing facility, it might be the best thing for your sanity & hers!! I don't like to butt in because the decision is yours & hers. My mom had to go into a facility because she went downhill fast after my older sis got sick & had her leg amputated from necrotizing strep A. She died like 3 times during her surgery in the middle of the night. My mom died in 2010 before they diagnosed my sis with a rare thyroid cancer & metastatic lung cancer after losing her leg. She died 8 months after my mom. We think Mom knew my sis wasn't going to get well & didn't want to outlive her daughter. So the moral here is you might want to start checking places out because you aren't going to rest & feel comfortable leaving your dad alone. That's my opinion & I might not be right. My health is the pits, but the docs are trying to go in the right direction. This morning, I had just made the bed & all of a sudden, I lost my balance. If my husband wasn't in the room at the time, I would've fallen. It's getting harder to go up & down the steps to our apt & that goes for both of us. I forgot to tell you that my knee I had replaced in 2019 has started hurting & I have an appt with my joint surgeon on March 1st. Everything hit me at 60 & next month I'll be 63, but I've had problems with my back since 2009. I'm not aging gracefully, lol. I really hope you & your sister & your husband's can come to a good agreement for your dad, its not an easy one for sure!! Keep watching these 3 little potato babies!! 😊❤️💚❤️🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺👩🥰🥔🥔🥔🎄🎅🤶

The light therapy should help but I know they use infra red light for neuropathy patients to help heal nerves faster. Nerves are very slow to heal. I know that Haru is going through a tough time, (I pray 🙏 for her), but this video 📹 was so precious. It looked like a very good spa day as well as Father/daughter time, too. Haru is slowly but surely recovering. She'll get there with 🎶 'A little help from her friends'🎶 and family and fans and.....🙏🐕🐾🥔❤️‼️

Awww...Father is so sweet and pampers Haru so well...they both love him so! They love Mother too - they are both just Father's potato babies🐾🐾💖
