Remember the tales of the sirens in mythology? That's what Amy Lee's voice does to me, especially this song where it's contrasted so so magically against the rock background and absolutely brilliant harmonic arrangement. Some part of my lizard brain way down is just mesmerized... I imagine the mythology comes from some Amy Lee like female on some island that when those sailor heard it they just mindlessly jumped in the water trying to get to it much to their detriment.

5:27; I think that's a shot at Shaun Morgan; the lead singer of Seether.. Amy Lee was once in a relationship with him and she came out with a song called "Broken" with a Seether and I may be wrong but I think that was taking a jab at Shaun Morgan but my understanding is that the Evanescence song "Call Me When You're Sober" was written about him.

I think you two are one of the best reaction channels simply because both of you look invested.
