15:15 Crystal Figurine can give you a Rank 4 Arcana card (Heroic) if you have the Keepsake +1 Level Duo boon with Demeter and Hera (at least pre-EA patch 2). IIRC, the only Keepsakes not affected (i.e. the ones that can't go to level 4) are the God Keepsakes and the Aromantic Phial from Narcissus. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to get Rank 5 cards because the Duo boon only upgrades future keepsakes; otherwise, you could go into a run with 0 Arcana chosen (supposed you didn't have the Awakened cards or had Vow of Abandon) and Crystal Figurine equipped, get the Duo boon in Ephyra, get one Rank 4 card from Crystal Figurine, and upgrade it again with Circe.

@@Mugsi At 32 Fear, the advantage is that you can play ranged. Throw skulls and dash in to trigger possessed array. I never even used the special.

I prefer the surface, I think ephyra is the main reason why. I like how you can see all the doors and choose and I like the little bonus rooms. I hope Olympus is similar.

I'm curious how they'll do that. Seems like there's still 2 more regions to be released, assuming it matches the underworld. I'm guessing it'll be like, the climb up mount Olympus vs the city of the gods on top. If that's the case, I imagine the climb will be randomized while the acropolis will have a similarly semi-permanent layout.

someone may have said this already, but not only can you potentially level your arcana cards to Heroic, you can also potentially level weapons aspects to "Duo" rarity! i got hephy's lego during a run and it leveled my maxed out melinoë aspect axe to green rarity:D

The overworld enemy at 4:56 is so BS. I lost an entire DD to them during a 32 Fear attempt because they barrelled me from off screen when I had the 100% extra damage on first hit vow 😢

it's in the book of shadows, but you need an incantation to see boons I unfortunately don't know the criteria to unlock the incantation but my guess is that it's related to interacting with characters
