Being a janitor myself I was actually thinking about what each box had in it in the janitor room. I can at least tell you the stacked baskets and piles of handsoap depenser cases have most definitely been there for a long time because people just got their own trashcans from home and they replaced most of the soap dispensers with bottled soaps or hand sanitizer. Most of the stuff in janitor closets are just junk or extra stuff 'just in case' that they will never use.
