Another uniquely distinctive tour Vlog! i’m sorry about your setbacks. Pushing through pain is something I’m also v good at which is part of the reason I ended up becoming disabled. Try to think of refraining from pushing through pain as being the challenge instead. It’s frustrating as heck but your body will thank you in the long run. amazig video with amazing mesages. Yeah im learning a lot about that "youve only got one body" thing lately. Danced a musical on a knee injury a few months ago and now dealing with chronic kneeppain for unknown amount of time, and I have to apply to a musical theater bachelor next year with barely any dance experience so im starting to panick a bit about the whole "dance, bad knee" thing. 🙈 Take care, looking forward to next time❤

Saw Fille at Sadler's Wells yesterday afternoon (I think you were one of the peasants?) and found it completely wonderful. I love contemporary ballet (I'm not one of those ballet lovers who think only the classical repertoire worthy of attention), but though its old-fashioned Fille is always a delight from beginning to end and I watched the whole show with a huge smile on my face. Hope the ankle fixes itself soon as there are lots of Nutcrackers heading down the road!!

😲 What a beautiful B&B. I'd give it a 9.5 because the view isn't optimal, but that bathtub looked amazing. I have just learned from my PT that sometimes, it is necessary to work through pain and sometimes not. (I babied my injured back to the point where I was afraid to move anticipating the pain, which was the wrong thing to do). So impressed that you are learning to listen to your body.

😮 I’m watching your video on my way back from my parents’ house in Rio. We ended up binge watching your videos AND we had a final stretch/pilates class together and my mom did the splits!!! Hannah, do you feel that your dance career days might be numbered with the ankle issues of late, or is this something you'll be able to work through, since you're only like 22 or something? Is this the same ankle you had surgery on? Have you thought about what you would do when your dancing days are done? 😲
