Comment to Brain: At the end of the stage, when everything you didn't pick up gets vacuumed, you see a number under the number of coins you have. Next stage, that number cached is the amount of x2 XP you'll get. You get XP when you pick it up. If you don't pick it up, it'll get squirreled away until you do pick up XP.

Bit of clarification , from what I’ve seen when you pick up the green things you get to use then that round, when the round ends any that are left on the from are auto collected by you and create another number under the money thing, and while this extra number is there then you get 2x for the next amount of money you collect. So say DF collected 73 in a round and left 86 on the ground when the round ends. Now he has 73 to spend at the shop, and next round the first 86 money bits he collects are doubled. That’s my understanding anyways

One of the things I've noticed in my runs is that the SMG is a *really* good first pick for the Loud Brotato. It can easily carry him through the first couple of levels while you look for other weapons.

I believe how the money collection works is that when you collect money your money counter goes up obviously, but at the end of the round uncollected money becomes the “bags of money” under your money counter. Each bag should add the 2x multiplier to the next money dropped

Hey DF, watching the types of games you play, I wonder if you've heard of the game Atomicrops. It's another roguelike game but also farming, and lots of items to stack effects on top of each other for crazy combos, and at the end of the run you'd just like, not even know what's happening and things will just die around you if you're lucky with items. I think it's right up your alley and enjoy killing things by day for seeds and upgrades, then killing more things by night to defend your farm. Check out Atomicrops and see if you enjoy it :)

For a pure melee build, speed, attack speed, damage, and lifesteal are key. One of my best melee runs, I was attacking so fast, it was like I was a whirling dervish from Hell. The enemies were being *annihilated* before almost the instant they spawned.

one thing to remember is that despite the x2 multiplying effect you gain nothing from not picking up the money whenever possible because 1 x2 is the same as 2 x1s or picking up the money in both rounds

One armed with the shotgun is insane, and if you really want to be cheesy, click as fast as you can during the first weapon select...can sometimes end up with more than one gun, even on one armed

hey DF. so just a little idea for maybe you're own gameplay or vid, if you spam click on a weapon selection after a character you can get more weapons than you are supposed to. i used the 1 armed man and spammed the shotgun and all of the sudden that became a very satisfying build

You don't actually get times two, at the end of the round all the greens left on the ground move to a bag that gives it back to you for picking up a green in the new wave, so you don't get double, you just have to pick up an equal number or more greens to collect all the ones left at the end of the last round

DF you should get the recent Demo of this game. More classes, more items, etc. Also, Lifesteal doesn't do what everyone thought it does. It doesn't heal per hit, it only heals 1 the numbered percent of the time.
