Maybe a one weapon challenge where once you defeat a boss you must use only one of the weapons they drop until you get to the next boss and have to replace it with only one of the weapons that one drops. That way, there is no set class and have to adjust after every boss.

Sounds great, but a lot of bosses don't drop weapons. The only pre-hm bosses that drop weapons of their own are QB, Skeletron, and WoF. Maybe if you allowed crafting weapons with boss drops too so that EoC could give a damage boost and to smooth over WoF to Plantera since mechs don't drop any weapons.

Another banned item series idea would be no op accessories but the list can be offset by difficulty to obtain, for example the cobalt shield and obsidian shield would be banned but ankh shield wouldn’t be banned cause of its difficulty to obtain

I've always thought that Electrosphere Launcher is probably one of the best weapons against the Cultist and Lunar event enemies, so it's nice to see its showcase here x) I enjoyed this whole series a lot and I'm hoping to see more new challenges next! (I'm thinking about a Melee playthrough but weapons with letter 'A' are not allowed)
