My self esteem and mental health and my excitement overall about influencers improved so much when I started to become more intentional about who I follow and how much I engage (comment, like, use links ect.) Jackie’s absolutely right; I, as a white woman, probably only has 1/10 of my reccomended influencers be anything other white women or men. Brands included. Even though I have you on notifications, I don’t even get 1/3 of them from what I’ve noticed. Personally I don’t feel like everything needs a literal video😭 but in a nutshell I feel it is a term used way too loosely. This is my own personal opinion, it doesn’t mean other people feel the same way.
