15:19 Probably been said before, but I'll say it here: In Cosmic Capers, the D-Pad controls which direction you move relative to the *screen,* not your Mii - when your Mii is moving to the bottom-right of the screen and you want to move to the right, you want to press *right* on the D-Pad to point your Mii in that direction, not left as if to steer your Mii. That minigame is designed such that small children, who may not understand the geometry of steering from a stationary viewpoint, can still play the game in a "point-and-go" style. It can make the minigame seem "stupid" to adults who can visualise the Mii's perspective, sure, but it allows for a wider audience to easily enjoy the game.
