Poofesure, when you asked what happens if you get a second matching bonus, here's the answer. Quoted from the Wii Sports Wiki (which does have pages on Wii Party and Wii Party U as well), "You can't get another Matching Bonus roll with the extra dice you received from a Matching Bonus roll. If you get matching numbers with the extra dice you got from a Matching Bonus roll, the game will act like it's a normal roll and carry on." This is a similar case with rolling a Matching Bonus with the negative dice.

Idk how this game is programmed but I believe for the tiebreaker, maybe they coded it so that you can never roll the same number? If that's the case, either the number is determined before you roll, or as you roll and then nobody else can get that same number. If the latter is the case, the best strategy there would be to roll as fast as possible
