I recently subscribed your channel. I really love your weekly news cuz I am interested in purchasing a new home in far West. I like your opinions on the Uplands. When builders told me that the Uplands will be next Windermere, I was laughing 😆 Nobody knows the future, but what do you think when I sell the house in Uplands after 10 or 20 years from now? Any big drawbacks when selling? I am worried about the big big power line crossing the community.
