I dunno what we're getting in the anniversary, but I really doubt it's going to feel as nice as Star Ocean collab. And we can't even be sure we'll get the collab in GL, whether the game is still running, or they just decide to skip it altogether.

DEUS GAMING, It's appearing blantly obvious they are trying to drive players away, so they stop playing and can justify EOS. Also have you looked at the deceptive nature of that step-up summon? I just checked the drop rates and all the featured summons are .40000 chance EACH. Added up that's only 1.6% chance of playing Russian Rulet between 4 units. They couldn't even give an entire 1% chance for each featured unit. That's a 98.4% chance you won't even get a featured unit and a .4% u getting 1 out-of 4 feature unit. I don't think they care about retention. All they have done is take away more and more decent awards, Lapis opportunities, content, unit updates, etc. It saddens me to say but I wouldn't be able to justify this game to ANY new player. 2 years back I would have.

Pone/Poppy? Ugh..... I know you liked her kit back in the day. Season 3 was hot trash for me. Anniversary is next week or the week after? Looking forward to gumi releasing their fundamental forces brave exvius characters for it. That's what the title screen shows right? Sorry, I'm being bitter. With all this 300k event point grinding events on the JP side, it's kind of hard to do other things like trials and story mode to build lapis so, Star Ocean will be a skip. Got to hold for FF8 lol.
