I'd be interested to see more of what you do to the new build lawn as I have one too. Slowly but surely trying to improve it.

Unfortunately, the new build job is currently just a fortnightly mowing job. In most cases, new build lawns are just cheap turf chucked now on clay with barely any top soil. So to improve, concentrate on improving the soil first.

@@TheLawnGuy Cheers, I'm doing everything I can, gypsum, field compost number 4, aeration, and all the standard fert and liquids for the grass.

My landlord texted me 2 days ago, he was on the highway, towing his utility trailer. A wheel came off the trailer! I texted back: There was no cotter pin through the castle nut. No huge accident happened, he brought the tire and wheel, I pounded out the old races, he had bought a new bearing kit. His wife and him loaded up and set off to retrieve his baby and he was successful..!
