the prices are well known by now. they are $220 each and this is retail price. you can also look at the ones pimax is going to use this year and when you go on their website and make a choice between qled and micro oled the price difference is literally $200. apple outbid other companies to use this panel from what i have heard and the ones pimax are using are much better. how do people still not understand how overpriced apple products are after all this time lmao they are literally known to overprice their products because they can get away with it. poor people also love spending more than they have on things because they think higher price equals better and they like to show off or feel insecure about using cheaper products which is probably the most common thing and it's very noticeable with younger people.

Of course the Vision Pro is overpriced but they are also trying to make up for a lot of R&D, they are not making nearly as much as meta is on accessories and software so they have to up the price on the hardware to try to go for profit.

Looks fine to me, also tysm for your report; it really helps me catch up with the VR space. So much stuff is happening lately with tech that it's difficult to keep up with everything. I don't own a Quest 3 yet but I have to keep up with news and developments as a VR dev assistant. (We have tons of different hardware) The UI and UX research is super important because using a headset can be physically and mentally fatiguing and I hope we find a comfortable standard with the current tech and solve some of the mental disconnects players and users experience when interacting with virtual spaces. The only game that I know of with unique UX is Red Matter 2 and I think we need more games/experiences experimenting with input styles.
