Building up suspense (Anna going on and on and on about a surprise) and then Introducing a new actress the way they did was a big mistake. It really fell flat. What a letdown! Was hoping and expecting to see the original wonderful 0:02 Emma, not someone we’ve never seen before. Very deflating and anticlimactic. Btw, her scene with Gio was random and strange and totally out of character for the Emma we’ve grown to know and love. Bad writing as usual, GH
