This video was a smart move as it shows how much work actually went into the restoration/renovation of this building. Everyone can better appreciate all the hard work. Great job as always!

I'm just curious, it looks like you covered the fireplace in the front room. why?

I like this video between the before and after.

I love this progress "almost done" video, Elisa. It helped me to orient to the confusing additions and your utilization/modification of same. I have to say that I have loved all your videos, so just keep them coming! Better to have an 'in progress' than skip a week! I am anxious to see what you do with the staging and completion: electric fireplace where the old one was before? Basketball court to utilize some of that concrete? Painting the concrete in the backyard might make it look less industrial and shabby. The kitchen looks amazing. I hope you make a good profit on this one as it was definitely a challenging flip. Good job, Elisa!

You’ve done a good job of modernizing yet retaining the old house charm. It’s beautiful and warm. It’s also fun to see the house without the usual staging. The staging is always fabulous and I enjoy seeing your final project staged.

If possible, I would like to learn about any challenges the project faced during the permit and inspection process, including the duration of the waiting period for obtaining a permit. Thank you for sharing all you do. So inspiring!

You've rationalised the layout and still got lost! I imagine the previous owners spent hours trying to find the front door! 😊

Great job. I think I’ve seen this San Jose property before the renovation (years ago) when they took me in through the rear addition to view it… so weird… I thought hey we’re trying to kidnap me. It was wonky! Great job. It is so beautiful now.

Elisa, maybe moving the door of the 1st bedroom that appears in the video to the corridor that goes to the bathroom would be more appropriate?

Progress videos are great. Maybe showing more behind the scenes will be additional work for you, but I'm sure it will help drive more channel engagement. It was a shame to lose that dividing wall but modern living demands more space.

I would imagine you use the same crew on your builds? And I would imagine sometimes you have multiple builds happening at the same time. It would be interesting to meet your foreman and team and talk about their trades of expertise and what really goes on when the work is happening. You always create a wonderful design.

Wonder why the master suite has only one tiny window? Also, why not add a covered porch for parking at the end of such long driveway to enhance the backyard?

I think this is your best work so far! I hope you make a boat load of money!

I love mid-renovation videos! These would be great to add to your youtube channel... I think it would help your channel grow quicker. Which you most certainly deserve! You're the best flipper on the platform! I've been a subscriber for a long time and would love more behind the scenes!

I lived in a pre-1940s Craftsman in the Rockridge district of Oakland. Rockridge is full of these Craftsman homes. I know these homes very well and I've never seen such a terrible example of a Craftsman. You did an awesome job returning the original soul of the home in your remodel...kudos! The only possible improvement would be to return the large pane windows back to the pre-1940s style divided windows. You can purchase modern double hung wood frame windows using double-pane insulated glass that are completely period correct from Brent Hull, however they run around $10k or more per window so totally impossible in a flip.
