Wow this might be my favorite layout! I love that you don't need to go through the bathroom to access the bedroom. Also, that kitchen and bedroom is separated by the door so food smells doesn't get into bed sheets. Ahhh this truly is perfect!

I am so glad to see that you didn't use "barn wood" to create anything. Many times manufacturers use scrap wood and make things such as a TV entertainment center. It looks so junky w; hhen they do it. I love this one. Thank for sharing!

Love that it has a long counters in kitchen! The kitchen is great! Usually they are way too small and a good size fridge! Good use of space everywhere!

Yes, it's a great space for entertaining & doing a big meal when visitors come & it's also great for a cozying up without the clutter, as you have room for everything in this lay out. Wonderful!!!

Your English has gotten so much better. Love this house design. Only change I would suggest is to move the pull out spice/cooking essentials rack to the cabinet in between the stove and the cabinet housing the refrigerator. Then I would add a black metal rack to the side of the cabinet housing the refrigerator facing the stove to hold your spices in glass bottles which would get lost in the pull out rack . The black metal would blend in with the cabinet color and depending on how you organize the spice jars it can look like a bit of artwork. I have a black metal spice rack with 5 shelves that is attached to the side of my stainless steel refrigerator which is painted black and is a magnetic surface. I ordered really strong magnets which I attached to the rack on the sides and the top and bottom shelves and it has stayed attached to the refrigerator through all of the seasonal temperature changes, heat from the stove and oven, moving the refrigerator to clean behind it and even a 5.2 earthquake. It really would be difficult to chose which one of your designs for tiny houses I would pick because all of them have been pretty amazing and very well thought out.

Wow! What a beautifully designed tiny home! And, whoever has the bedroom loft that is over the bathroom, is very lucky! No problem getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night! Has anyone thought of having an extra toilet in their tiny? Especially if you have a flush toilet, it might be nice to have a composting toilet tucked in somewhere. I know that with only one flush toilet, it’s not fun if there’s a plumbing problem! Every time I have issues with my flush toilet, I think of how nice it would be to have a composting toilet that never has the plumbing problems like a flush toilet has! All in all, this home is gorgeous! I’d love living in it!

Wow..I am assuming that the client has skinny legs to use that toilet..LOL I do love the storage ideas in the bathroom. In all the tiny home videos I have watched, never have I seen the use of vertical shutters..awesome! The walnut countertop is great..would think the family would want the corners rounded though..love them though!! it would have been great though to see the other loft as well.
