seeing as rosie and jennie co-wrote and co-produced this back in july 2021, i'm so curious to know what yg's song selection process is for their albums. like this was meant to be on born pink but for whatever reason it obviously didn't end up on there. and with the existence of this song, it indirectly confirms that they do have plenty of songs in the vault but yg insists on only releasing 8 tracks at a time. i also wonder why they keep songs in the vault for so long. forever young was recorded in 2015 but was released in 2018. ready for love was recorded in 2019 but released in 2022. gone by rosie was recorded in 2018/9 but released in 2021. and now the girls is also released 2 years later too. anyway the girls ate! it was cute and fun and makes you feel confident. what more could you ask for in a blackpink song? thanks for the upload caitlin! hope you're doing well. please keep doing you at your own pace. sending you love
