I think I know what’s going on at 9:40 with raiden and her EM sands It’s because mr Whale here runs Raiden with Yoimiya with what looks like an overload comp and that damage somewhat scales off Raiden’s EM which gave mr Whale the misconception that it’ll be a good idea for Raiden

@@urmom-wc7ce u mean EM sands on Raiden? Well, that's because overload is a transformative reaction and it deals its own instances of damage, which is separate from the attacks triggering them. This type of reaction scales only with character's EM and level, so when for example Kazuha triggers it, it is "good" and deals nice damage because you do not concentrate on Kazuha's multipliers, atk, crits, etc., only on his EM and level, but Raiden (like most electro characters, I think only Lisa is worth considering building EM/EM/EM) has so high damage scaling, that building EM on her is simply unjustified and that's losing her damage potential because you can go for really "offensive" stats (like atk/ER in her case).

this.. like my main team is kind of more where you are like oh okay (Qiqi,Klee,Sucrose and Albedo now for this team i do have some swap ins in case i need a water support or an electro support ) but i have a lot of cool ideas for other teams aswell.. like how i'm planning on making a full catalyst team with my Klee,Sucrose,Barbara and then an optional that i can swap between Lisa,Yanfei or Ninnguang.. since i really like the catalyst users over some of the others. though i also would like to add a polearm character to my team.. now Xiangling is quite high up there and almost full constellation (apart from the last one same for barb actually they both only need one more to be filled out) but i also recently recieved Thoma so now i'm interested in playing around with him a bit.. basically lots of things to do but i like it that way.. i enjoy the grind and i don't really mind staying at my current level for a bit untill i really get all of them up there wich after getting the main team up to 90 will be a big but enjoyable project. might not be the most efficient but hey i prefer enjoying myself over just being efficient

Just goes to show, spending money without direction isn't going to solve everything. With that said, being able to put your pride aside when you're a whale and ask for help, then the content creator is constructive and helpful, makes for amazing content. Great people in this video. @@paulagribguletJust a heads up this a little long loll- so sorry if i end up confusing you instead First thing, is that her lvl 70 passive (when you ascend to level 70), when using her and ult and it hits opponents it will decrease that enemies defense by 15% for 10 seconds. The second thing, is that with her elemental skill, it has one of the highest if not second to highest damage multipliers. Lisa's skill multiplier is higher than Mona's ult multiplier by almost 100%. Lisa's SKILL at level 10 can do 876.96% damage while Mona's BURST level 10 can only do 796.32%. Lisa is a 4 star using her skill, while Mona is as 5 star using her burst!! Her skill damage at level 10 is also comparable to Zhongli's burst at level 10 which does 899.72%. Despite being a 4 star, Lisa's skill is insane!! So basically her skill can do a lot of damage if used correctly. Cons however are that she takes a while to load her held e (which is where the damage comes from) and she can get interrupted in that animation, so you basically need a shielder for her. in team compositions as a support, she's a really good initiator for superconduct (for physical teams) with her ult, which applies off field electro and at level 70+ will decrease mobs def by 15% as stated before. Pair her with thrilling tales and used effectively in compositions, she is really really good.

Sometimes she is one of the biggest, if not the biggest boost to a certain character's team comp Other times... practically useless. Soulisslippery's explanation is really good. A proper invested Lisa with a reliable shielder and ~c2 is actually broken asf (imho).

I'm glad you stated 'Let people play the way they want to' I wish it was said more often. It's tiresome to hear the same 4* characters being recomended to use inmost teams, as good as they are, if I don't enjoy the way they play, I don't raise them. @@Bullminator Between Eula E and Superconduct you shred all Phys Res to 0 or below against most enemies, where you start getting diminishing returns. At that point the most optimal way to get more damage is having Def Shred which only a few characters has (C2 Klee E or Lisa talent for her burst from the ones I remember). Plus it has a nice rotation compared to other teams. Also Lisa weakness may be the high burst cost but it's not a problem when he has Raiden as her batttery

he actually just needs to farm better artifacts. some people underestimate a value of good substats on artifacts. having enough ER% or crit rate would squeeze in those few seconds to 9 star each floor. also, ive noticed his Eula is only friendship level 1. he probably was hyped into whaling on her rather than actually wanting her and play with her which is why she is severely underinvested similar to my xiao. even if xiao is strong, if you dont enjoy his playstyle its gonna be a tough investing into.

at the time of the video, eula’s rerun just came out, so they just got her on the banner, that’s why she’s friendship lvl 1. they mentioned it in the video. the artifact thing is definitely true though, he has so few artifacts saved, esp elemental goblets and crit hats

I think sometimes they overvalue artifacts too. Because I see a lot of players wanting to rush to farm artifacts when they don’t have talents or weapons raised first. I have two alts, one is pretty neglected and the other I play on occassion, but they’re both ar 50+ and on both of them I made sure to prioritize talents and weapons and levels first before starting artifacts, and on both accounts, they’re able to deal good damage because I could dedicate the rest of my fragile resin on artifacts. My main took a little longer because I had to learn how the game works, but it also eventually was able to get to a point where the abyss was possible. I get that it’s tough seeing yourself do so little damage, but I see a lot of newer players making this mistake. I haven’t seen players also neglecting good substats that much personally, but I have heard that players get stuck trying to get set bonuses over good substats

A severely underlevel character with bad weapon but good artifacts do wayyyyy better dmg than a well leveled character with good talent and weapons (unless that character is inherently broken esp those that ascends with crits and dont need high investment to be meta). Artifacts take a long time to farm though, so People invest into level talent or weapon cos its easier/faster option than endlessly farming and waiting for artifacts. This was a great video! Please make more videos like this. While your guides are super informative, seeing why someone would use certain weapons or artifacts and listening why they should be swapped is just as important to learn. I really like how you explain the various options for building the 2 teams and why, and what’s still needed to do to maximize each character to support each other. I have a C6 Bennet but didn’t understand how to use him until I watch your videos. A C6 4 star can be so powerful and of great support if you know how to use them. Well no, not really. It's the best catalyst because it makes any catalyst user viable as a support due to the 48% atk it gives, but it has no equivalent in other weapon types and it's a 3 star so it's easy to get.

Im confused on where hes spent over 8 months of resin. Theres barely any leveled characters weapons or artifacts. This is also why 90ing and 20ing things really soon isn’t always the best because youll waste resin. For 4 90 characters he for sure could have had an 80 eula. 16-20 on an artifact is like the same exp to get past level 12 on another one.

some people don't play everyday, and in early game spending resin isn't that important (many artifact domains are useless, you can basically only do bosses and leylines).
