eh cryo resonance is p tricky to be applied on eula team bc you'd have an electro character with eula, and on a best eula team you'd want Raiden or fischl who both have a fast electro application so you're more likely to get an electro affected enemy

@@mkg-r Even without Cryo Resonance, but with 100% CR Rosaria that's 78.7% CR (+15% CR shared from Rosaria). That's almost 4 out of 5 chance to land a crit. Technically it's possible to get it to 88.7% with Geo Traveler in 4th slot, but Bennett or Zhongli should be a better pick for average damage output.

@@mkg-r Somewhat insane, but not impossible: +12% from her passive, +31.1% CR Hat and ~13% CR per remaining 4 pieces. That about ~4 crit rolls per piece (starting with one and rolling into CR at least 3 times). However, even 80% Rosaria gives +12% CR which is good enough and requires ~8% CR per piece. So, you don't have to go all the way to 100%.

For standard attack scaling characters: Crit and ER are the best EM (when it's useful) is slightly worse atk% is less valuable but still good flat atk is technically valuable but definitely not preferable
