In this video we trapped a wild pig in Louisiana. It was a big boar but we cooked it down three ways: pork and gravy, boudin, and boudin balls.
Here's the equipment we used to cook with:
LEM Meat Grinder: amzn.to/3h69kAh
Sausage Stuffer: amzn.to/3s65wW2
Want to make your own KZbin videos? Here's the equipment I use to make mine:
My camera - amzn.to/3sj6jSF
My Wide Angle Lens - amzn.to/3HqpwrV
My Zoom Lens - amzn.to/3HpDDNW
My Shotgun Mic - amzn.to/3L72wAa

Just make your own regulator. The regulator you have isn’t allowing enough propane through to burn at a higher rate. On a pot that size a 30-40psi regulator would be great

Just made 12 pounds. Freezer food. I try to improve on every batch. Got to say, this one was right up there. Cook your rice in that broth. Adds a little more fat so it's not as dry plus a whole lot more flavor. 2 cups of broth per cup of rice, bring the broth to a boil, stir in the rice, bring it to a boil, cover, shut it off and don't touch the lid for 18 minutes. Perfect every time.

Man it's cool seeing different strokes for different folks. I use a surgical blade knife, no need to sharpen and can get a whole boar broke down an in the cooler in 20 mins with a blade no bigger than your index finger.

I Hunt wild hogs around the Richard K Yancy area-with both bow and sq rifle and and can’t pass on one when i hunt deer-I kill between. 7 and 10 per year-very delicious -I don’t waste any parts- the ribs on a pit are awesome-the ham i like to inject and cover with Tonys -takes a while in a big pot but watch out -talk about great-
