That looks fcking incredible. Before i see the price. That burger, with fries? I’d say 12$ would be my price. I’d be a steal for 10$

Looks terrific, when you gonna do some seasonal game recipes? Wood pigeon is so in season right now and people don't know about how good it is, takes minutes to cook and tastes beautiful, flying steak.

Looks GREAT, onions good, mushrooms toasted not fried GREAT, but adding flour is doing nothing to the flavour other than adding burnt flour taste, detracting from the flavours of and interfering with the Maillard reaction.... It does however obviously contribute a thicken effect. Perhaps Black Garlic in place of normal would give an interesting and special variation... Keep up the great show :)

Chef, it looks smashing, of course I made my own beef Bourguignone many times before. It is one of the classics from Escoffier. But really, why did you use pickled pearl onions instead of the fresh ones? for the rest of the ingredients, top notch! that sandwich as is, a tenner all the time. Stop smoking (cough, cough)… Love your channel.

I´m not a toss & he himself is not international - he´s English in England, so my point is valid. The channel may well be international but that´s no reason to lever in American English now is it??? In fact I´m sick to fcuk of the slow & steady, attrition & bastardisation of English with americanisms.
