Really confused about what i feel regarding silver tempest vs astral radiance, Just had to double check the cardlist of both of the sets, and i am stil not sure what i rather would put my money into if i had to. if it was both sets - Trainer Gallery, then it would be easy to go with Astral radiance imo, but some of the Gallery cards from silver tempest is pretty decent. currently got cases of both sets, but i want to put in a few more k $ and try to figure out what would be the best way to go. This data is pretty much what pikapikapappa has done for quite some time. stil waiting for the Podcast with the two of you together ;) Cheers for the content.

@@mototcg337 It prob will be really close in the end :) issue as i see it is, Silver tempest has 1 good chase card, astral radiance has a few medium chase cards. so its can Lugia long term carry the box better than dialga, mechamp etc etc.

Astral more slept on less printed and older than st and I think in the future is arguably better with more growth potential, but it's really damn close both we'll be over $500 a box someday imo

@@PoKeDoN1992 Fair enough, i do like the art of Palkia / Dialga etc. but stil think they are mid in the overall view of things :) if u put them in a tier list or something, they are not in the top part of the alt arts. imo not a controversial take. if u take the chase cards in all the different S&S series they wont get into the top part. but ye lets see ! :) its gonna be fine regardless long term.

I’ve been basing my potential buys on on the cards in the set and the fun factor. As someone that came back into the hobby I’m sticking to SV and have been buying Paldean Fates, 151, and temporal forces (which I feel doesn’t deserve the hate it gets)

Pokemart gets booster boxes for $88. There are some small fees distributors charge which brings it to maybe $89s and then after shipping its usually just over $90/$91 to get them in the wholesale program.

The only difference between SwSh and S&M is "Time, age and scarcity of supply"...so in other words "older, rarer...." Just playin' 🤣 I think once sets have some age this is definitely a good tool to use to gauge what actually has big potential and what will be stagnant. Chilling Reign 📈📈📈🌛
