Disgusting levels of damage, pheromonal sustain and insane movement speed all on this ESO Nightblade pvp build - aka The Bowgank (eso pvp sniper)
With this build you will once again be able to make snipe good and even bring down some of the tankiest players around. This is hands down the best pvp build for a eso nightblade sniper. It really is a blast to play and will likely get nerfed!
This build has been tested on PTS thoroughly for a number of weeks and has been min-maxed for Scions of Ithelia - Update 41.
A massive thank you to Elwynee for helping test the build and being an amazing target dummy with 32k hp, 33k armour, full impen and iron clad cp, allowing me to find the best setup/combos!

Farmed the gear today and took it out for a spin in Cyrodiil. This build is a LOT of fun. I can't remember the last time my sniper felt useful in Cyro. Also, that extra bit of tankiness makes a massive difference. I'm used to rolling with almost 0 extra health, and when I got streaked by a sorc I figured it was time to start thinking about where to respawn, but no, there was till enough life in the tank for some evasive maneuvering. That extra 10k saved me a few times. Thanks again for sharing :D

Interesting set choices. I have been using Shattered Fate with New Moon and Wild Hunt ring combined with the new Focused Aim (Always gives Sundered, which gives Minor Breach + 100WD/SD) + Crushing Weapon (Major Breach) + 13k pen + Shadow + Khajit makes you hit really hard. Most of the time you can just light attack/crushing weapon weave people down in 1-3 weaves. You even get more burst from the Pjsic Orb that procs off Crushing Weapon, which can also proc the buffed overcharge. Combined with a timed merciless resolve/incap you can really burst people down. In big team fights you can help your allies kill hard to kill players by applying the minor/major breach to them.

I used a similar setup but with poisonous serpent + way of the fire and light attack spam. The follow up is nice but this is designed to be bursty instead - look at the gameplay to see yourself :)

Thanks, I got the build done. It hits about twice as hard as my old gank/sniper build. Which is pretty good, but on Playstation-NA server most of the Cyrodiil players do run tanky so my gank success rate is a little under 50% so far. But, way better than before with old sniper build. I morphed silver bolts though, I find the multi player damage pretty important for being useful to the alliance.

hey great video! Wanted to ask if tarnished nightmare was not subject to the proc set global cd? Like instant proc sets not going on at the same time. But since it procced with way of fire maybe its excluded?

Tarnish procs on hit. Fire procs on follow up LA which causes it to work around that global cooldown thus meaning they both proc on opening combo. Video gameplay is on the way!

Just a note about poison injection. I wouldnt use it as my spammable/weave attack with light attack, but I did put it on my bar where vigor is on yours. Its really great utility for zergs. Poison injection is right up there with Elemental Sus when it comes to annoyance. Elemental lasts 30 seconds, and Poison inject lasts 20. While poison inject is on someone way of the fire and tarnished will proc consciously. If you poison inject a group of people 1 by one and their pets it turns them all into a walking AOE bomb that procs A LOT. In BG's you can run around spamming poison injection on everyone and their pets and wreck havoc. Its pretty hilarious. Again I wouldnt use it as a burst tool or ganking tool as it keeps you out of stealth on poison ticks but over all its nice utility and it really pisses people off when they sit there and explode for 20 seconds.

What set and modifications would you suggest for someone who probably won't have access to Tarnished Nightmare until long after it gets nerfed? Khajiit = more crit/burst if you crit Dark elf = more consistent damage

@kostapaok6923 we hit movement cap anyway so orc makes no difference. Wild hunt 15% in combat Minor expedition 15% Celerity 10% Major expedition 30% Steed mundus 16% Total 86% in combat Out of combat we get an additional 50% from green cp and wild hunt making us exceed the 100% movement speed cap. Dark elf has more damage than orc as more stam plus same weapon damage value.

I chose the merciless front bar as I fire it at times. Camo hunter is a good option for sure and I did consider it but found the bonus damage didn't increase time to kill

You get Major Savand proph from Cloaked shadow now while its on either bar. Camo hunter's only benefit is the 5% dmg from flank.

If you're trying to level you can use on your back bar a shock staff and wall of elements or a bow and endless hail. Then use caltrops too. Front bar you can use a 2h and use cleave or whirling blades on 2h. Bow could use acid spray. You can reset skills for gold in major cities like elden root.

Get to 50 ASAP as below 50 bgs and pvp has a scaling that makes builds and balance all messed up. Way of the fire + shattered fate (crafted) as a starter setup.

I was using that a few patches back but it is clunky on the follow up. You can LA then crushing weapon which applies to the LA in the air. The issue is the skill doesn't always fire or when you try to weave follow up hits it goes clunky.

There are 1 page break downs on Patreon. The issue is that with a text version, people don't actually read it as you intend and get misinformation: "We use lethal arrow as it hits hard, great range and applies a debuff." What it doesn't say is that: "We use lethal arrow as it hits hard because it applies a debuff that also does damage on proc boosting the initial hit. It also has great range that allows us to hit people who are running away - especially on horseback." The video format instead allows me to do this and also gives people a forum to post a comment so I can reply like this.

Yeah - shadow is more burst just if you crit a lot but if not then lover. As such lover works out more consistent damage and higher as a result on average.

For BGs Ive been using the Warrior and blowing people up. If I wasnt addicted to Wild hunt I'd consider pairing a monster set helm/shoulder with it as well. Isnt there a new helm/shoulder combo that procs physical damage by throwing an axe or something?

I prefer this simple because you have the range and don't need to rely on the heavy attack set proc to land. Often does but can miss and has a cooldown too.

silver bolts and silver shards do the same damage. The difference you are seeing is due to silver bolts being buffed by your blue cp (deadly aim)

Except there is a necro build out there that is pretty good i'm talking 'casual' 1mil+ dmg 150k+ heals 0 deaths in bg but I couldn't get the info outta him as usual from sweaty pvpers.

I use a controller, and it is left on my xbox controller. It is muscle memory and speed. If you find it hard, consider double baring cloak and dropping the burst heal

@poopoo09 fire crits and you get 2 procs in the burst combo. 1 on first snipe then 1 on the end LA. It crits on first hit so within the burst combo it does around 3-6k damage similar to tarnished but if you fail you still get the set able to keep firing every 2s. In my opinion it is worth using Bar swap can be remapped to say a bumper then use the left arrow as the bar slot and use that for passive skills like camo hunter or concealed

So first i want to activate Relentless Focus so i have to light attack 5x and now, How do i do the Rotation to maximize damage and burst? Last Question - How are you able to Generate 12000k+ worth of penetration? Because i noticed your weapon is Sharpened and then Kragh Helm but even with all gear in Divines - 12k penetration seems a far stretch away to achieve with the gear you have equipped. BTW I SUBSCRIBED :)

Relentless focus doesnt actually stay on forever. Once the target that you applied to activate the relentless dies your activation dies too

@@Unified-Gaming yes ive tried everything in BGs and Dungeons. Once the target is dead. You lose the activion of Relentless and your weap/spell dmg goes back to normal. Much harder now cus you have to keep finding new targets and redo the activation and sometimes they die quickly so the process starts all over again to activate it
