CRINKLE COOKIES
( double the recipe for big batch of cookies )
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar( For Coating)
PreHeat oven @350F
Take dough out of the Refrigerator ,make balls & roll them in powdered sugar.
Place them 1 inch apart on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 12 minutes .
(Notes: If you have made smaller balls , baking time will be shorter. So check them in 10 minutes 😊)
