I pretend that nobody in the gym exists and I'm still pretty skinny yet I'm always the brightest in the room. Constant evil eye, constant starring, and sometimes good energy is sent my way the moment I step into my gym and will last for the entire duration of my time there. I went on a keto diet. It makes me stronger in any way. Mentally, physically, better consciousness, need less sleep. I eat less, better food, and generally one meal a day. I followed advice from Eric Berg and Sten Ekberg also on Utube.

This resonates and I miss doing strength training. I'm going back to it back to beast mode. It helped me alot with stress. I also love swimming and I walk daily. Keeping fit is part of my life due to a serious health issue I overcame and still work hard to stay healthy. I watched my loved ones die and some now are dying so I have to keep going. Dear Britanny, I have no words b ut tears by the few of knowing through what you've been through... I just wish gto take you into my arms.. I was orphan at the aage of 15, put ikn into the streets, 2 of my real beloved ones were murdered, so.. I can feel so deeply .. I mean.. You are a survivor, the holy warrior! I have this kinda intuition that ,maybe we will be the army of God for the end of times... Stupid question: what is ABS? Also.. I deeply thank you.. because you fueled with with courage to call the last dental clinic to put my own terms. As since 2 years now, after a treatment that the doctors f**** up, so much that the director himself told me to put them in court.. But.. all the clinics I saw after to fix my broken teeth ( I cannot smile anymore, talking is a such a shame) all of them , do not treat my teeths, for stupid financial conditions ( paying in advance), or telling lies of missed appointments when I had no appointments, etc. I want this to be fixed, as I want to do videos for my channel... And just to be able to smile again... To end: avoid public hospitals!! At least, in Europe.. They are masochists. I should be dead, as I was put against my will, into the emergencies.. Brutalized by the cop and 3 nurses, they injected me a mortal dose to make me sleep forever.. I have recordings i that my phone took, not knowing it.. All this because of rumors into my building, that I was taking drugs. The cop & nurses did that to. me, saying I was trying to escape with violence the hospital... It is GOD Who interferes to my phone to get all the proofs that all was a BIG LIE!! I disappeared for 3 days!!Jesus woke me up, as I heard Him : "Talita Kumi".. An then God told me to go outside, he blinded the security, opened the doors, telling me to not look back, and He put notes into my empty wallet, just the right amount for the taxi to go back home!! Sorry! Tell me if It is misplaced, my coment.. But I wish that this testi,omy brings hope and big faith into what GOD does for you!! All of you!!
