Resonates ❤ I literally could not physically get out of bed my arms could not hold my body weight and after doing cardio outside and lifting weights like I used to I one single day immediately when I tried to get up from my bed it was so quick and easy that I was shook because it was literally one day of working out ❤I used to workout 4 times a day a couple years back but I would stop for a couple months because of all the attacks I didn’t know I was under and that made me not be consistent and now I’m back and I’m wiser and my prayers hit different so yay :) I’m grateful for my discipline coming back to me ❤🧚🧚❤️‍🔥

Omg I keep getting the same messages, I work in aged care, had to cutback my hours, I offer reiki services, but no one is coming, I do sound healing, have never had a full class, I am drain, not getting enough sleep, feeling stuck, not getting anywhere. I use to walk regularly, swim, water aerobics, but have lost all my energy to get up and go. I have decided to move in a different direction, I’m doing a art life coach course at the moment, hopefully this will help me.
