Happy Birthday Katherine. My husband will be 84 in October and I still keep trying to talk about God to him. He listens to some but only some, then he has had enough. He says he believes in God, he believes in Jesus and that Jesus suffered on the cross for HIS sins. He won't read the Bible, he doesn't like to have conversations about him and if I push it... I get the head nods like the little head bobbles you use to have in the back window of your car years ago. I want him to give himself over to the Lord but I can't get him there. My son on the other hand doesn't want to hear anything unless he feels he needs all the help he can get with something. Then he will call me and ask me to pray for it for him. I tell him I will but why don't you try praying to God yourself. He says he doesn't really know how and is not in the mood to learn. Typical.... sounds like a college or HS kid, right? Nope, he is 43.

I was saved at the age of 14 and was baptized and from then until as of Sept.8.24 I was in and out of church praying when things in my life weren't going as I felt they should . I'm 66 years old now and have at times felt the Holy Spirit trying to get my attention all these many years. And I was in a backsliden condition condition. And after over half of my life away from church and God.I had the most repented heart and the most eye opening joyous moment encounter with the lord I've ever had. Praise his holy name. I pray And know Jesus is at the door with his hand on the knob waiting on their knock and I will pray for you .

First people must have Yeshua Jesus Christ on their side. Many people believe in the living God, but many do not believe in His Son Yeshua Jesus Christ, therefore they only pray to God who does not hear the prayers of lost sinners, therefore their prayers goes unanswered, and nothing happens. The people of this nation must turn first to Yeshua Jesus Christ and asked Him with a humble heart to forgive their sins, and then turn away from their sinful lifestyle, to live for the Lord. Until the people do that God does hear their prayers. Yeshua Jesus told us plainly, "I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no one can go to the Father except through Me," (John 14:6). So, God does nothing until we first go to His, Son the One who saved us, from our sins, and His only Son Yeshua Jesus Christ! Even though their is, a Trinity we must not forget that each One serves in different ways. 1- God the Father is the, Creator of all things. 2 - God the Son Yeshua Jesus is the Saviour of all mankind. 3- God the Holy Spirit is the One who draws mankind to Yeshua Jesus. Each has, a responsibility, but none does nothing without the knowledge of the others, they work together. But, all must first go through Yeshua Jesus to get to the Father, for the Father has put ALL things into Yeshua Jesus' hand, because of His, faithfulness to the Father, and to the cross.

YES! I feel like Nature is close to Heaven. I live in Southern Colorado surrounded by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains ( Blood of Christ ) and have a view of the mountains from my deck. It's so beautiful anytime I leave town and come back, as soon as I see the Mnt range I always say it's definitely God's Land. Or Heaven on Earth! I pray that when Jesus comes back and the Bride comes with, and we are given places to watch over in the Millennium, that I get to come back to here or some other beautiful mountain area.
