I think your truth bomb is spot on. But a lot of your subscribers here aren’t subscribed to your football manager content because they’re not interested in it. And I think the same goes for the switch from family vlogging to travel content. I think a new channel and a fresh start is the way to go - looking forward to subscribing!

Some of my favourite videos that you’ve ever done have been videos like this, where you’re just talking, having conversations. I’ve been watching your channel for a long time and I’ll watch regardless of the content but that’s because you’re the reason I watch! Your personality is the reason to watch. Even talking about random things, those are some of the best videos because it connects on a human level. Sometimes people don’t wanna watch travel and fancy stuff, they just want to watch a video and have a connection with someone. Just my two cents as someone who really enjoys your content!

I think the truth is Andy and the family vlog is the reason 99% of us subscribed and that’s what we were invested in. You say you’re not that channel anymore and you’re not talking about Andy anymore but he’s been in 6 videos in the last 2 months? You did a whole video talking about his transition and moving out. He is in the thumbnail for each video so you obviously know that draws people in. I find that a bit confusing. I do however like the new stuff especially the travel stuff I just prefer a more relaxed personable style of video/vlog rather than it being so structured.

Man ive been watching this channel since December 2017 mostly because of Andy ,only because first time i ever saw this channel he was all over the thumbnails , but now as much as i love the family i dont mind weather theyre involved or not ,i like whatever youre doing now if you wanna do your travelling , hotel rooms and podcast with Sheepdog then ill be enjoying that too

Hey there, Kev, I was thinking of possible channel names and came up with "Lollujo Goes." I know it sounds rather mundane, but I feel compared to something like 'Lollujo Travels' it rolls off the tongue a lot more and also with a kind of rhyme in there too - at the very least it has a nicer flow and ring to it. I feel with this name you could also help format videos/titles, such as; "Lollujo Goes to Liverpool" or "Lollujo Goes Winter Skiing" or whatever it maybe - it works for both activities and places. (Though I do realise having that structure may back you into a corner with conforming to a particular style or structure that may wear thin over time and it may be hard to title things certain ways. I also don't know how KZbin reacts to videos from channels having similar and consistent titles... but I suppose it's a content structure and is formulaic so may work? I'm not entirely sure how it all works but I thought it an intresting suggestion nevertheless.) Regardless, sorry for the Essay of a comment, though I recognise also that any feedback is likely to be helpful.. I feel there may likely be better possible channel names, it's still early days, but I feel (definitely not biased at all) that 'Lollujo Goes' has a nice ring to it and can also be integrated into titles as well, so helps give the channel some kind of niche and through line 'branding' if you can call it that lol. An off the cuff suggestion but I hope the feedback helps in some way, shape or form even if not suggesting a suitable enough channel name. All the best, Kev, I love all of your content. I agree with the sentiment about the changing channel styles. I LOVE your current content, I loved the Pokémon content. I am not into the family vlogging (and not just by you, just in general). I think your effort would be much more appreciated in a new channel marketed towards people who love travel content, convention content and even the intertwining of live football matches. The effort you put into this and the love you have of doing it just isn’t being rewarded because of the unbelievable catalog of content (like you guessed) that when people like me subscribe, get thrown at them and they become disinterested. Probably why I haven’t seen a ton of the new content because I ignored a lot of channel content recommendations KZbin threw at me. Hope this helps and that you get it all sorted. Would hate to see it all send permanently. It truly is fantastic content and well done by you and Chris.

Oh my god I completely forgot about this channel until the Lego one came up- I've been having the best of days watching the content to catch up on what has happened and yeah I absolutely agree- the stuff your doing right now and last July is far better than what got me into this channel. It's a bit sad but yeah absolutely necessary you had to rebrand with the new channel, especially considering how far the content is subject wise from what it once was.

Problem is kev u can’t expect people to watch the new content when it’s not what they subscribed to the Chanel for , it’s like a shop being open and selling dvds and changing the shop to a sweet shop and expecting the same audience to keep coming back , you’ve changed your target audience and the old audience that used to get your views aren’t as interested anymore , not saying your new content is bad just saying the majority of your audience subscribed for family vlogs.

I don't think you were very fair on WWMT. He has worked in presenting before and is a great presenter. I have subscribed to you for many years and enjoyed the Pokemon and travel content more than the daily vlogs but I think at this point in time that his travel videos are better. Not necessarily the locations being the reason why, but the format and his personality & how that comes across.

Firstly, I’ve been watching you and subscribed for around 4ish years on both this channel and Lollujo along with listening to MGP, best thing from etc… not a big commenter though so probably not seen/heard much from me. I will continue watching regardless of Channel name / Content as I am entertained. Sometimes the subject has minimal interest to me but you make it entertaining enough to listen to in the backround (eg. Gaming radio for me). It may take me a couple of days or even a week or two to watch your videos and then I binge watch for a day to catch up, I don’t get round to watching many Live and I’m not really on twitch so YT is my goto. (I feel the backround helps your analysis to how people watch) If you want to keep on brand which makes sense, Maybe Lollujo Roadtrips if you stick to travel vlogs or Life with Lollujo if it is to be a variety based around you? Just a couple of ideas for you. Anyway, hope you get it cleared up soon and I look forward to seeing plenty more content from you.

Kev, I watched your live stream last night but on my TV so couldn't comment at the chat at the time. A few points I'd like to raise. I first found your channel about five or six years ago while searching "Nottingham Trams" and of course found a video of you out with Andy watching the trams. I subscribed mostly because our son was going through diagnosis of Autism, which he now has, and ADHD which we are STILL waiting for! However, like your channel, my interests have evolved and I am now enjoying the travel. I also watch Simon Wilson, Geoff Marshall, Noel Phillips, Ben Morris, Paul and Rebecca Whitewick, Jago Hazzard and more recently Walk with me Tim. Interestingly his channel only popped up not long ago so his Algorithm must know I like that sort of thing. I'll be honest, I don't watch all of your videos. Mostly because I don't have time and I do wonder if you only posted weekly or every fortnight for example, would more people then watch rather than having one pop up every few days? The videos I do choose to watch are good quality so I will be subscribing to your new channel. Regarding your family. Yes they have to lead there own lives and should be allowed to without being stalked, but as we have been watching them with your for so long it was nice to see them "check in" at the forest holiday video. Before I go, can I just tell you my favorite video ever was the one where you played "Don't get got" with the girls in London. Any the best bit where you turned the camera on at night just to ask Amy about a KZbinrs name and her head suddenly appearing out of the bed! Kevin, I'm being honest with you. I've been following you since the start when I was navigating my autism diagnosis. I got diagnosed with autism in 2019 and thanks for the help. I'm not a football manager or a pokamon geek or a conventions geek. But I'm a travel geek. I've not been too far yet but I'm loving the travel content. I'm a travel and tourism grad who's now working in NHS Admin. So i am get more excited to explore again. Im from Northern Ireland.

I subscribe to this channel as well as Tim’s as I like Travel Vlogs, I don’t really know Andy, but I’m aware of him, Difference is Tim’s channel makes more money, he does Live walks, Something Kev can’t be expected to do, he needs to be there for Anna and you can’t expect her to walk around with her health issues, Time wife Gaby also has a channel, which must also help,

Hey Kevin, love your videos! Sadly with KZbin sometimes the algorithm doesn’t go in our favour! It’s not your fault it’s just KZbin, I heard today that KZbin has this new thing now where if your subscribers and viewers aren’t liking the videos and or the dislike ratio is more then KZbin takes that as nobody wants to watch so it then stops the video being pushed out to more viewers, make sure that they always like your content, I’ve started to do previews of my vlogs on my Instagram and Facebook so when the video goes live people wanna watch, I’m a small little youtuber in comparison so I have to work hard to get any views and any I get is a plus haha 😂 I hope your videos get more clicks soon, keep up the fantastic work ❤

For what it's worth, and this is only what I've read based on research I was doing myself, It seems that privating or unlisting a number of videos has a significant negative impact on the algorithm. I made this mistake myself which is why I researched it. If you've recently made them public again, this may explain why I'm being shown lots of your old videos that I've already watched. This means I'm not clicking on them and I guess that's impacting other videos being shown to me? Obviously just speculating there but I figured it's worth mentioning. Love all the channels by the way!

I stopped watching, when the family vlogs stopped. Whether they were daily or weekly, I used to watch every one of them. All good things come to an end and it's understandable, as people grow up, they no longer want to be on videos and/or have time to be on them. The only way family vlogs with all adults, will ever work, is if it's run as a family business and the whole family wants to be involved. The vlogs themselves, become a family produced thing and let's be honest, enough money needs to be made, to make it worth the worth the time and effort for everyone to be involved.

I like your FM content when I am in the mood for it, and I used to watch your family vlogs (I don't have much of a family life anymore due to various personal problems and it was comforting to watch), but I am not really too interested in watching you visiting various places by yourself. Not hating on you, just trying to give you some honest feedback. I wouldn't want you to spend a lot of time and money on something that won't achieve what you want it to achieve. I did watch a couple of your recent videos where you had Andy and Anna with you (the most recent one that springs to mind was the train theme park, was it Drayton Manor?) Hope that helps! What if you were to start a new channel, ask everybody to come over to it and start again? Start with a new algorithm. I know it’ll be a pain, but you already have the fan base. When it comes to Best Thing From, I think the name kinda hurts it. Maybe call it something like "top 5" and make a list kind of video. It would require more editing (sorry, Chris) and would be less "off the cuffs", but list type of videos are popular and quick/easy to consume.

I just filled in the survey and said that I unsubscribed and stopped being a member because the whole channel changed so many times and stopped being what it was was when I subscribed. I loved the daily vlogs but I think you misunderstand what people want. I used to love the daily vlogs, even when you weren't doing anything. It's not just about Andy and the kids, they've moved on, we get it, and good on them, let them live their lives without a camera in their face. But, what about daily vlogs of what you and Anna get up to, even the boring stuff at home. What about a vlog of you editing FM videos? Taking Dave for a walk? Shopping? The boring stuff was interesting, it's escapism from our own lives for 20 mins. You can then intersperse travel logs and stay aways in and people will be more likely to watch them. I'm sure you'll hate this comment because it's talking about daily vlogs, but you ask why and then get annoyed about people talking about daily vlogs. So here it is, in black and white.

Sometimes peoples channels will just die , you’ve probably got 90% of people on this channel who subbed when it was autism family related content , your not making that anymore. Some of my videos that get the most views are ages old and my new videos are so much better but still don’t get picked up on the algorithm. I’m on just 1k just subs but I’m not doing it for money 💰
